Tile & Grout Cleaning in New Jersey

Tile & Grout Cleaning in New Jersey

Grout lines hold onto soap, grease, mineral buildup, and foot-traffic soil long after the tile itself looks clean. Mopping spreads it. A professional tile and grout cleaning gets into the porous grout itself and pulls the buildup out.

Tile & Grout Cleaning, professional cleaning in NJ

We use a heated cleaning solution and high-pressure rinse-and-extraction designed specifically for tile floors. The solution sits in the grout to break down soil and biofilm, then the extraction tool rinses and vacuums it away in one pass, without flooding your floor.

Most ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile responds well. Natural stone (travertine, marble, slate) gets a pH-neutral cleaner so the finish isn't etched.

After cleaning we can apply a penetrating grout sealer (priced separately) so the grout holds its color longer and resists future staining.

Our process

How a typical visit goes

01

On-site inspection

We check the material, condition, traffic patterns, and any spots or odors before we set up.

02

Pre-treatment

Stains, traffic lanes, and odor sources are pre-treated with chemistry matched to the fiber.

03

Deep cleaning

We clean with the right method for the material, hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry-solvent.

04

Grooming & dry-time

We groom the surface back to its natural lay and set airflow so it dries quickly and evenly.

Questions about tile & grout cleaning

Most grout comes back several shades lighter. Permanent stains (some dyes, mildew under glaze) won't come out, sealing afterward keeps it cleaner for longer.

Yes, when matched to the stone. We use pH-neutral cleaner on marble, travertine, and other acid-sensitive surfaces.

It's worth considering, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways. We can quote sealing during the on-site inspection.
