Carpet Cleaning
A typical 2–3 bedroom home takes about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on furniture, soil level, and any spot work needed.
Not when it's done correctly. We adjust temperature and moisture to the fiber type, synthetics tolerate hot water extraction well, and wool or specialty carpets get lower temperatures and gentler chemistry.
Usually yes for surface contamination. Old or deep urine that has reached the pad and subfloor is harder; we'll tell you on the inspection what's realistic before we start.
It helps, but it's not required. We vacuum the area as part of the cleaning.
Sofa Cleaning
We check the manufacturer's cleaning code before starting. If the fabric isn't water-safe, we use a low-moisture or solvent method instead.
Yes, we clean and condition leather, but we don't promise to remove ink, deep scratches, or sun fade.
Most fabric sofas are dry to the touch in 4–6 hours and fully ready to use the same evening.
Per piece, by size, a quote is based on the sofa or sectional itself, not the cushion count. Call for a same-day quote.
Upholstery Cleaning
Yes. Dining chairs, headboards, ottomans, benches, and accent chairs are all routine work for us.
Velvet is delicate. We test first and use the gentlest method that will clean it, usually low-moisture with careful grooming.
Yes, we serve commercial clients across NJ and can schedule outside business hours when needed.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Most grout comes back several shades lighter. Permanent stains (some dyes, mildew under glaze) won't come out, sealing afterward keeps it cleaner for longer.
Yes, when matched to the stone. We use pH-neutral cleaner on marble, travertine, and other acid-sensitive surfaces.
It's worth considering, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways. We can quote sealing during the on-site inspection.
Rug Cleaning
Often yes, when the dyes are stable and the rug is in good condition. We test first; if it needs full wash-pit treatment, we'll tell you.
Silk is delicate. We can surface-clean a silk rug if dye testing passes, but deep cleaning may be better done by a wash-pit specialist, we'll be straight with you.
Not when handled correctly. We protect fringes and avoid the chemistry that causes yellowing.
Mattress Cleaning
No. The method we use is low-moisture by design. The interior stays dry; only the surface is cleaned.
Surface contamination usually responds well. Old stains that have soaked through to the foam are much harder, we'll be honest about what's likely after the inspection.
No. Bedbug infestations need a licensed exterminator. Mattress cleaning is about dust, allergens, sweat, and surface stains.
