What a mattress holds

A mattress takes in sweat, skin flakes and dust every night for years, behind a sheet that is washed while the mattress is not. Dust collects in the quilting. Sweat leaves yellow marks. A spilled drink or a child's accident leaves a ring. None of it is unusual, and most of it sits in the top layer where cleaning can reach it.

Low moisture, on purpose

A mattress cannot be rinsed and wrung out, and a wet core would take days to dry. So the cleaning works on the surface. We vacuum slowly to draw dust out of the quilting, treat the marks, clean the fabric with little water and extract it again at once. The inside of the mattress stays dry.

What cleaning can and cannot do

Dust, surface stains and stale odors usually respond well. An old urine stain that soaked into the foam may lighten without disappearing, and the smell can return in humid weather. Cleaning a mattress is also not a treatment for bed insects of any kind, which is work for a pest control company.

Can you remove urine stains and smells from a mattress?

I am so happy I ended up getting a hold of this business and this company. I ended up calling them at 6:30 at night and someone answered me said they could send someone out within two business days at my convenience and I was so lucky for who showed up out a gentleman named Bob who is very respectful to my home and my needs and really listen to my concerns. he was very honest with me about the service and the type of stain it was and that is set for a week that there was a chance it would not fully come out and to be prepared for that in case and was able to even work out with the company because of the pricing being a couple hundred dollars for just the stain removal, we were able to do a cleaning of my stairs and small hallway as well for $250. I really felt like this was a great value to keep my carpets fresh. they're only a year old and to my great surprise he got the stain out fully. it's absolutely amazing. this was dark blue ink in a light white gray carpet. he took his time and was very respectful to work with! I will recommend Bob in the service to any one of my friends and family who need a carpet cleaning or staying removal. carpet even itself looks brighter and. Thank you again, Bob!

Having a home full of adolescents means our sectional sofa is pretty much a dining table. It was covered with crumbs and drink spills and odd sticky areas and looked absolutely wrecked. The deep steam did a great job, brightening the cloth, freshening the fragrance and feeling wonderfully clean.

Had a really good experience with the carpet cleaning. There was a huge coffee stain that I thought would never come out, but they got it all cleaned up! It took a couple of hours to dry, but now it smells fresh and looks like new. Super glad I gave them a shot, definitely will use again!
