Ways to explore
The accessibility button opens preferences for larger text, stronger contrast, underlined links and reduced motion. The settings are saved on your device and can be reset. Your system's reduced motion setting is respected as well.
Keyboard and motion
Use Tab to move through the controls. The first link on every page skips to the main content. The service tabs respond to the arrow keys, Enter or Space activates buttons, and Escape closes a dialog and returns focus to the control that opened it. The photographs at the top of the home page can be paused or viewed one at a time.
The map has alternatives
You can choose a county with the buttons beside the map, search the list of towns, or use the plain links on the service areas page. Nothing on the site requires the map.
The request form
Every field has a visible label, errors are announced, and photographs are optional. If the form is hard to use for any reason, a phone call does the same job.
Need assistance
Call (908) 895-6560 or write to [email protected]. If something on the site got in your way, tell us the page, what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use, and we will help you with the quote or the information directly.
Still improving
Accessibility is part of how this website is designed and checked. The preference tools support individual needs and do not replace testing, so feedback is welcome: it finds what automated checks miss.
