Most NJ companies price between $0.75 and $1.50 per square foot for tile and grout cleaning. A typical kitchen floor lands between $150 and $250. A standard bathroom is often $100 to $180.
Whole-home tile cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, entryway, usually starts at $169 with package pricing for multiple rooms.
What changes the price
Heavily soiled grout, grease in kitchen lines, or mildew in bathrooms takes longer because the solution needs more dwell time. Natural stone, marble, travertine, slate, requires pH-neutral chemistry and gentler work.
Sealing is quoted separately, typically $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot.
What should be included
Pre-inspection, alkaline cleaner application with dwell time, hot-pressure rinse and extraction, neutralizing rinse, and air drying. Furniture and appliance moving is included for standard items.
