Before we arrive
Strip the bed completely, including mattress protectors. Wash the sheets while we work so you can remake the bed when we are done.
If the room is small, move nightstands and lamps away from the mattress edges. We need access to all four sides.
On site
We HEPA-vacuum the surface, pre-treat any visible stains, run a low-moisture extraction designed for mattresses, deodorize, and groom the surface. Typical time on site is 40 to 60 minutes per mattress.
Whole-home jobs, multiple mattresses, kids' rooms, guest room, are scheduled in a single block and discounted per mattress.
After
The mattress is dry enough to sleep on the same night in nearly every case. We leave airflow recommendations and a brief care note. Sheets back on, lights out.
